Guidelines for refund of fees for students withdrawing admission.

General Policy

  • Fee refund is applicable only to students who formally withdraw their admission through a written request submitted to the college office.
  • All refund requests must be submitted within the prescribed timeline as per college and university guidelines.
  • Admission fee, registration fee, and processing charges are non-refundable.
  • Refundable fees include tuition fees (partially or fully), provided withdrawal is requested within the specified period.
  • No refund will be granted after commencement of classes, except in special cases subject to approval by the management.

Refund Timeline

  • Before Last Date of Admission: 80% of tuition fee refundable.
  • Within 7 Days of Class Start: 50% of tuition fee refundable.
  • After 7 Days of Class Start: No refund applicable.

Mode of Refund

Refund, if applicable, will be processed via cheque or bank transfer within 15 working days of approval. Students must submit bank details and refund application form along with supporting documents.
